Some staff changes are taking place next month at Total CNC Products.
Nic Tauroa our GibbsCAM Product Manager will leave us in July to pursue a new venture in his career. Nic has done a fantastic job with GibbsCAM over his time in this role and has ensured the continued growth and
strength of GibbsCAM in New Zealand. His drive in the growth of our training systems and facility have benefited many of you that have taken advantage of his vast GibbsCAM knowledge.
Although of course we are sad to see Nic go we are pleased to announce Doug McCracken as Nic’s replacement in the GibbsCAM role. Many of you will know Doug as he has been the cornerstone of our service department for many years and this is a great opportunity for him to advance his career and take on the challenge of this GibbsCAM role. Doug’s official role will be “GibbsCAM and Application Support”.
Doug brings different skills to the role and although there is a steep learning curve ahead, Doug’s vast knowledge of machine tool operation will ensure our GibbsCAM support and training will continue to strengthen and ensure GibbsCAM remains as the leading CAM package available in New Zealand today.
Doug’s vast knowledge will not be lost to our service team and we are at present looking for a replacement for Doug in the team he has successfully built. We are fully committed to continuing the growth and strength of our service team and ensuring our “Guarantee” of service, support & training to our valued clients.
I am sure you will all wish Nic and his family the best of luck in their venture ahead and will support Doug in his new role. We look forward to your continued support.
